Dismantling , Shifting & Reinstalling KAWASAKI ZD130S Palletizing Cell

In This Project , We dismantled a complete palletizing cell based on KAWASAKI ZD130S robot including : 

- Pallet Dispenser 

- Stretch Wrapping Machine 

- Separator Sheet Dispenser 

- Infeed Conveyors

- Pallet Conveyors

- Tool Changer 

- 4 Tool Sets 

- 2 Control Panels 

- A/C Central Unit 

- Safety Fences 

- Other Automation & System Components

 All dismantled equipment & materials had been transported to the new factory location . 

Final step was reinstalling all equipment & tune robot points to resume cell full functionality for a customer in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia .
